Terms of use and notes

Last updated 2 November 2026. These terms cover this website, the "AI Puppeteer in 1 Week" page, the credentials page and the free kits. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.

Who runs this site. The site is run by Rule Benders Life and Business Coaching Ltd, trading as RXN Advisory ("I", "me", "my"; the work is done by Will Richardson), a company registered in Cyprus (registration number HE469953, VAT number CY60119672K), registered office 51 Griva Digeni Avenue, Athineo Building, 1st Floor, 8047 Paphos, Cyprus. Contact: will@rxn-advisory.com.
About the site and its figures. The site gives general information about my services. Savings figures, examples, screens and timelines are illustrative. They are not a guarantee, forecast or promise of any result.
- Savings figures. Our estimate, and the top of our range. It comes from how long an experienced programme manager spends on status packs, meeting notes, plan and risk updates, business cases, research and chasers, with and without this set-up: about three-quarters less time with it. We assume someone on your team spends about 30 hours a week on that kind of work and gets back up to 67% of it after the set-up week. On a cautious view (50%) that's 15 hours a week, or €52k a person a year. Valued at €75 an hour over 46 working weeks, before running costs (your AI and Jira seats, about €1.4k a person a year).
- Examples. "Programme Atlas" and the people, risks and figures shown with it are made up to illustrate the set-up. None of it is client data.
No promise of results. I don't promise any particular saving, income or result. Results vary from team to team and depend on things specific to your organisation, such as your work, your people, your systems and how fully the set-up is used. Past results, including my own, don't predict yours. My guarantee is the one stated on the offer page and in your agreement: I keep working until your team can do what the episodes show and each person is getting at least five hours a week back.
Not professional advice. Content on this site is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, security or compliance advice. Take your own professional advice for your situation, including on your IT and data-protection obligations.
No offer here; work is under a signed agreement. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Prices shown are "from" guides. Any work I do is governed only by a written proposal and agreement signed by both of us, which sets out the scope, fees, payment and cancellation terms. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
Using the site. Please don't use the site unlawfully, infringe anyone's rights, try to break into or disrupt it, scrape it beyond what the law allows, or pretend to be someone you're not.
Ownership. The site's text, design, graphics and episodes are mine or licensed to me. You may view them for your own information. The free kits are licensed to you as each kit states: their code under the MIT licence, and their guides, templates and examples under Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0 (share and adapt for non-commercial use, with credit). What I set up for you in your tools becomes yours under your agreement, and stays yours if you stop the monthly service. My own methods, tools and existing materials remain mine.
The free kits. The kits run on your own computer, with your own accounts. I don't receive your data and can't see or access your systems. They are provided "as is", without warranty, and you use them at your own risk. Check your organisation's IT and data-protection rules before you install them, and check what any AI writes before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from using a kit.
Logos, trademarks and other services. Logos show organisations I have worked for or with in past roles. Showing them doesn't mean they endorse this offer. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, Jira of Atlassian, Copilot of Microsoft and ChatGPT of OpenAI; this offer isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them. Bookings are made on Calendly, under Calendly's own terms and privacy policy, and your AI and software subscriptions (for example Claude and Jira) are paid by you and aren't included in my prices.
No warranties. The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, I give no warranty that it is accurate, complete, current or always available.
Limit on liability. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
Privacy. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Free kit sign-ups: when you download a kit, I ask for your email address. I use it to send you the kit and, only if you tick the box to agree, a short series of follow-up emails about it, including my paid set-up. You confirm your address once by email, every email has an unsubscribe link, and I keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Your address is held in my own customer database and sent through my email provider, Smartlead, which processes it for me under a data-processing agreement. If you email me or book a call, I use your details only to reply and to prepare for the call, and I don't sell or share them. You can ask me to see or delete them at any time at will@rxn-advisory.com.
Changes, law and contact. I may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live. Questions: will@rxn-advisory.com.
