What does it cost?
It's priced for your team on the call, once I know what your team does and how many people it covers. That includes the monthly service.
We use Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise. Does it still work?
Keep them. They're the right tool for most of your organisation. This is for the team that needs more: the people using AI on the work that matters. It runs on Claude, beside what you already have, for that team only. The parts that get it past IT need it: guards that actually block, the right model for each job, and several pieces of work at once. The IT pack covers adding it for your security review.
Where does our data stay?
In your own tools and your own AI accounts. I don't hold any of your data.
How much of my team's time does it take?
About an hour a day each, if you want it done in a week. Or, if that's too much, 30 minutes a day over two weeks. We work in sessions on your real work, so it doesn't sit on top of the day job. Either way it's around five hours per person, and most of it is work they'd be doing anyway.
Can I set it up myself if I've never used a terminal?
Yes. Kit 1, the free Hot Start Kit, has a beginner route that gets you from nothing to Claude Code, step by step, in about 30 to 40 minutes. If you'd rather not, that's what the one-week set-up is for.
Can't we just watch the videos and do it ourselves?
Yes. The kits are free and the episodes show every part. This is for teams who'd rather have it running in a week than spend months on it.
Can we stop the monthly service?
Yes. Give me four weeks' notice and it stops, no problem. Everything I've set up stays yours and keeps working.
